Shipping Policy

 

We ship anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $7

Orders are fulfilled in 1-2 business days and we typically use USPS or UPS shipping. 

We do not offer international shipping. Any orders placed with a delivery address outside of the U.S. will be cancelled.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen purchases. Please contact the carrier used to file a claim. 

Return Policy

We want you to love what you purchased from Hazel’s Haven. We inspect every piece of merchandise we receive before shipping, but if you feel you have received a defective product, contact us at shop@hazelshaven.com or 479-242-4295 so we can take care of you. 

Our in-store and online return policy is the same. Purchases subject for exchange have 14 days from the day the order is shipped out from Hazel’s Haven to initiate a return for size exchange (if different size is available) or store credit. 

We do not offer refunds to original form of payment. Because we stock low quantities of each item and have a quick sell-through rate, we offer exchanges and store credits only. 

Our store credits never expire and we get new merchandise weekly. You will receive your store credit through the email attached to your original order. Store credits have a code that you input at checkout online to redeem.

Items subject for exchange/store credit:  Unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition (smoke and fragrance free) with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

All clearance and flash sale items are FINAL SALE. All accessories, jewelry and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. 

 

Any item returned that does not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

You will receive a return form with your purchase that is to be filled out, along with your original purchase receipt, and sent back with your return. 

 

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of returned item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you need a different size and it is available, we will ship your size exchange at no additional cost. 
  • As soon as we receive your return we will initiate your exchange/store credit and you will be notified through the email provided with your original purchase.
